Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on October 2, 2025.

We at NC Bulger Solutions, LLC are working to make our site NC Bulger Solutions, LLC - ncbulgersolutions.com accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

NC Bulger Solutions is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We aim to implement and maintain digital content and user interfaces consistent with recognized standards for accessibility.

Standards and Guidelines

  • We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA), which are widely accepted as best practice for accessible digital content.

  • We also monitor relevant federal and state requirements, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related federal rules (e.g., the DOJ Web Accessibility Rule).

  • Though Pennsylvania’s own direct mandates for private websites are limited, public agencies in the Commonwealth follow the state Digital Accessibility Policy (ITP-ACC001) and related guidance, which require compliance with Section 508 standards and WCAG A/AA levels

  • We recognize that third-party content (embedded widgets, external tools, external documents) may present additional challenges; we endeavor to ensure accessible integration, but disclaim that some third-party elements may not fully meet our internal standards immediately.

Ongoing Efforts & Maintenance

  • We continually review and improve the accessibility of our website content, structure, and code.

  • We perform audits, user testing (including with individuals using assistive technologies), and remedial updates as needed.

  • New content, features, or third-party integrations are evaluated for accessibility before deployment.

  • Where we identify barriers or deficiencies, we prioritize fixes in accordance with usage, severity, and feasibility.

Feedback & Assistance
If you encounter any difficulty accessing any part of our website or wish to request an alternative format of content, please let us know. Provide as much detail as possible (URL, nature of the problem, your assistive device or software). We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and provide the content in an accessible form.

Limitations & Exceptions

  • Some content may not yet fully conform to WCAG AA due to technical or legacy constraints.

  • In rare cases, providing an alternate format or workaround may be the feasible means of accommodating an accessibility request, especially for certain legacy or third-party elements.

  • We do not require you to use special technology in order to access the site.

  • This statement applies to the current version of the website; it may not cover archived pages or legacy documents.

Commitment
We are committed to ensuring all users, regardless of ability, have equitable access to our website and services, and we welcome feedback and suggestions to help us in that work.
