A Little Background
NC Bulger Solutions, LLC was founded by Natalie Bulger in 2023 as a starting point for what Natalie hoped would be a future endeavor she planned to take her time to fully flush out. In 2025, she found herself brushing off the operational statement and taking the leap to explore what all this company could truly be and oh, what potential it has.
With over fifteen years of executive healthcare experience with specialization in compliance, enterprise risk management and federal systems, Natalie is used to taking on complex, nuanced, and problematic situations that others may not even know where to start with pulling apart the layers and uncovering where the root cause and solution truly lie such as navigating implementation components of the $16B electronic health record system at VA or implementing a nationwide risk training program for executives and mid-management.
Natalie is a two time graduate of the University of Pittsburgh in Social Work and Health Administration. Additionally, she is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified in Healthcare Compliance, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a certificate in Public Leadership from the University of Maryland. She has completed state and federal legislature internships and graduated from the Healthcare Leadership Development program at Veterans Health Administration in 2021.
She prides herself in bringing truth and honesty to the toughest of topics and leading with authenticity even when it may be the hardest thing to do. Natalie passes this along through mentorship programs with local universities and professional organizations and is an experienced speaker and facilitator finding inspiration is strongest when coming from others who take a nugget of new knowledge and expand upon it further than she could have imagined.
